
The I Am Study is exploring the impact of offering Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) access and services along with gender affirming services and peer Health Navigation – all in the same place and at the same time.
The study will enroll HIV-negative transgender women, who are at least 18 years of age, and are interested in Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) to prevent HIV infection.
Participation involves receiving PrEP, STI screening and treatment, co-located gender affirming services and Peer Health Navigation using Strengths-Based Case Management for a year and a half (18 months).
For their time and travel, eligible participants can receive up to $125 per visit.
